What is your company's Mission?
Pacific Surgical provides healthcare facilities an opportunity
to purchase quality (not refurbished) medical equipment
at a substantial discount over the original manufacturer.
There are many suppliers of used OR and endoscopy
equipment. What separates your equipment from your competition?
Pacific Surgical is very specific with what we provide
our customers. Our areas of specialty include rigid
and flexible scopes, cameras, light sources, insufflators,
processors, orthopedic power, monitors, and printers.
Because we focus within these areas, we are able to
provide our clients with new and like new equipment
- not refurbished. In addition, our clients benefit

How do you ensure quality? Any certifications?
Pacific Surgical utilizes certified industry technicians
to evaluate and test all equipment. In addition, all
technicians are independent of our organization to ensure
the most stringent evaluations possiblesomething
to keep in mind when a competitor evaluates the equipment
internally.
Are warranties offered? If so, what are they?
Every piece of equipment comes with a 15-month warranty
against manufacturer defects. When you purchase a rigid
scope from Pacific Surgical (any manufacturer, any model)
your warranty is automatically extended to 5-years.
What are the average savings that can be expected?
Pacific Surgical customers will save between 40 to 60%
when compared to the original manufacturer. Our pricing
is also very competitive when comparing it to Group
Purchasing Organizations (GPO's). Healthcare professionals
are constantly pressured to cut costs while providing
the best care for their patients. Pacific Surgical provides

What other services do you provide?

cost. All repairs come with free shipping, fast turnaround
and a warranty exceeding industry standards.
What advice would you offer to a customer looking to
purchase used endoscopy and OR scopes?
Do not settle for used, worn out or refurbished equipment
sold with little or no warranty. Contact the original
manufacturer, then call Pacific Surgical and you will
not believe the savings for name brand equipment. Our
inventory is either new or like new, completely backed
with a warranty up to 5-years. Select equipment can
be limited at times however; we maintain a constant
supply of the most popular models for fast shipment.
