Patient Record Card

An alternative to automated tracking systems – this product is inexpensive and easy to implement for tracking sterilized items directly to the patient they were used on. Prior to sterilization, tape a card to the outside of every package and apply a lot control sticker to the card.

The OR separates it at the perforation and places the card on the patient’s chart. Also available is the Tray Record Card with Class 5 integrator, which allows for documentation of every flash load to the patient for whom the instruments were used on.
